What We’re Looking for in Our Ideal Team Members:

• Mature, compassionate, nurturing, and understanding individuals

• At least 18 years of age

• Childcare experience preferred, but not required (we’re willing to train the right candidate!)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy classroom setting

• Creativity and enthusiasm in planning lessons and engaging classroom activities

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and structured classroom environment​

Physical Requirements:

Working with children is active and hands-on! Team members must be able to:

• Squat, kneel, bend, and sit on the floor

• Dance, sing, and actively participate in play

• Lift and carry children when necessary

• Supervise children indoors and outdoors​

In this role, you’ll help guide daily routines, support early learning activities, encourage positive behavior, communicate with families, and create meaningful experiences that help children build confidence and independence.
